EMCS 296 Watermelon F1

Watermelon ECMS296 has a large, oblong-shaped fruit. Its pulp is deep red in color and has a very sweet flavor. Very well adapted material for mid and full season sowings, with excellent production and uniformity. Relative maturity of 80 to 90 days.

FEATURES

PLANT: Vigorous plant with very good foliar area and cover, which prevents fruit damage and scalds. It presents excellent fruit setting and fruit load.
FRUIT: Striped and oblong fruit, with a large average size of 12 to 14 kg. Very sweet fruit from 12° to 13° brix. The flesh is deep red in color with a good flavor and crunchy texture. Good wall thickness allowing good transport tolerance.
TOLERANCES: Fusarium and Anthracnose.
