UC 115 Asparagus

Hybrid produced by the University of California, it is characterized by its high yield, earliness and higher quality of shoots. Asparagus cultivated for its green production with wide adaptability.

FEATURES:

• PLANT: Very good quality in all asparagus areas. It has high productivity.
• TURION: Dark green. It remains closed for a longer time, offering a high quality final product for the fresh market. Its high uniformity of shoots increases the percentage of top quality asparagus with respect to UC 157. Harvests under summer conditions or in warm areas increase open and flowery shoots.
• TOLERANCES: Fusarium, Phytopthora megasperma.
